Immunization Records for New Students
The deadline for immunization records to be turned into to UA via the Magnus Health SMR (Student Medical Record) system was May 1. Your daughter will not be permitted to attend Summer School and/or Orientation unless the school has received her completed immunization form. Please contact Suzanne Murray in the Ursuline Clinic if you have not submitted your immunization records. More.
What to Expect From Your Mentor Mom
Mentor Moms is an organization of volunteer, upperclassmen Ursuline moms whose goal is to help guide new families. Your Mentor Mom will be available to answer questions for you and your family throughout the school year. More.

2016-17 Athletics Information; Physicals and Electronic Documents Required by July 1
Download the Ursuline Athletics Overview to learn about athletic seasons, sports, coaches, and more about the 11 sports offered at Ursuline. To participate in ANY 2016-17 sport, your daughter must complete a physical exam and submit electronic documentation on Magnus Health SMR by July 1, 2016.
Summer Sports Camps and Conditioning Programs
Ursuline offers girls-only summer sports camps in Basketball, Crew, Soccer, Softball, and Volleyball. Learn more about these camps and sport-specific strengthening programs.

 As part of the Academy's commitment to environmental sustainability, most school communications are conducted electronically via email and through the Ursuline website. Over the next two months, watch your inbox for several more Incoming Family Update emails, which will include reminders about important dates, news about summer programs, and more. This information is always available on the New Students page in the Admissions section of the Ursuline website.
Note: Logins for the School Portal on ursulinedallas.org will be available for incoming families in July.

MY BACKPACK FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS
Course schedules, grades, report cards, parent/student directory, attendance records, and billing are posted on My Backpack. Course schedules for the 2016-17 school year will be available in My Backpack in late July. Students will receive My Backpack login information via email in the next two weeks. Parents will continue to use the same login information for My Backpack as was used during the enrollment process. Parents can also access My Backpack and click on the "I forgot my username/password" link at the bottom. Enter username and email address on file and click "submit."
